Rebuilding Day is made possible by the generous support of businesses and individuals throughout the Greater Portland area. Local companies donate thousands of dollars worth of materials, volunteers, food, meeting space, and other logistical support. Many also make generous cash contributions. We also receive support from public and private foundations.
 

In these difficult times, the need for assistance is constantly growing. To meet this challenge, we are seeking new partners in our effort to Rebuild Portland. If you are an individual, we hope you might consider volunteering and/or making a donation. If you represent a business, we hope you will encourage your employees to volunteer and consider a sponsorship at one of the following levels:
 

Founding Sponsor ($10,000): sponsor all events associated with Rebuilding Together and receive the following benefits:
Logo recognition: Signage at all locations for each program event; spotlighted on volunteer t-shirts; orientation materials for volunteers and volunteer leaders; website linkage to sponsor's site.
Name recognition: Press releases to Portland Press Herald, local television stations, and local papers; newsletters; and special events including annual awards ceremony.
 

Neighborhood Builders ($5,000) sponsor renovations in target neighborhood and receive the following benefits: signage at all sites throughout sponsored neighborhood, inclusion in press releases, volunteer materials, and on volunteer t-shirts; inclusion in press releases.
 

Home Sponsors ($3,000) sponsor the renovation of one home and receive the following benefits: signage at sponsored home; inclusion in press releases, volunteer materials, and on volunteer t-shirts; inclusion in press releases.
 

Other levels of giving include Co-Sponsor ($1,500 - $2,999) and Contributor ($100 - $1,499).

All donors at or above the Contributor level are listed on all Rebuilding Together*Greater Portland publications, including brochures, newsletters, this Web site, and annual reports, as well as on t-shirts that are given to our 200+ volunteers and circulated widely in the community. Signs with individual Home Sponsor ($3,000+) names are placed in front of the house they sponsor on Rebuilding Day. Rebuilding Day also generates significant print and television coverage.
 

Rebuilding Together*Greater Portland is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, and all contributions are tax-deductible.
 

Rebuilding Together offers an outstanding opportunity to leverage a relatively modest cash contribution with volunteer labor to make a dramatic, positive impact on the lives of needy area residents. Rebuilding Day also offers groups of employees a tangible and immediate achievement from a focused team effort, which is both personally rewarding and beneficial to their employer's team building.
